I bought this laptop in January, and I arrived in January 12. First, Vivibook is small as a expected, but the charger was horrible, it is not US power connector, and then they gave for me a transfer connector to transfer the old kind to US kind. That makes the charger to be more complicated and unsafer because every time I plug in, the connector appears the FLASH. But I don't use that too much, so I believe that was fine. BUT In February 25, the laptop has damaged, can not turn on and no any signal. That was only 43 days after purchased, I emailed to seller but they refuse to their responsibility, then I asked for return and they closed return policy, That cost was near $400, and It was a big deal for college student. Hope everyone shouldn't waste money for lack qualify laptop and customer service.
