Our 9yo loves this game. We had more rain this year than normal, and he doesn't like to go out to play in the rain, so this has kept him active indoors. Our room isn't quite big enough to do all the games. Soccer is difficult because we can't get far enough back for our feet to be captured well. I can't do the mountain climbing because my hands go off the top. But my wife and 9yo love the mountain climbing, the 9yo and I do wake racing, we all do bowling, tennis and target shooting.

We haven't tried the online multiplayer part yet. We are having too much fun playing each other. The 9yo is getting to burn off energy, which was the main reason for the purchase. And my wife and I are getting a lot more exercise than we expected. It's all good.

WARNING: Tennis can be dangerous if you're standing too close to each other--you get so into the game that you swing hard and... well, we've given each other bruises.

Not all that much fun. Tennis is better and good for 2 players. Racing is also fun. Shooting not so great. Bowling is fine. I think the other sports kinect games for the Xbox 360 were better. Wish, they would make them work with the Xbox one. Until then, I'm not sure I'd put this game at the top of my list. Even Wii Sports is better. There they have boxing and golf. I don't know, for me, this particular game missed the mark.
