I love my Think Pad. It works great for what I need. It is fast and works well. I was surprised that the battery charge does not last as long as stated and it does run a little hot but it is not noisy. Some of the apps loaded did not work because they had expired but I don't use them normally. Great buy and great operating 2 in 1 tablet.

ALMOST great for Linux...

It's a great piece of hardware. My only hold out is regarding Linux support (Arch Linux 64 bit in my case.) All the hardware worlds great, no drivers or extra firmware packages needed. The one problem I've had is the Samsung SSD or perhaps the SATA controller seem to hit errors and suddenly leave the system in read-only mode, after this happened a couple of dozen times my btrfs partition seemed to have become corrupt to an unrecoverable extent. The good news however is that you can pop off the bottom of the case and replace the SSD which I may end up doing eventually. For now I have reluctantly been experimenting with the Windows 10 preview where I have no real complaints besides the bloatware (thankfully not including "Superfish".)
