When I first purchases the charger cord I gave it 5 stars, then the charger stopped working and my phone would no longer accept it. I thought it had something to do with the amount of music I put on my phone. Disappointed I changed my rating on Amazon. Within a day OPSO notified me by email that they had read the bad review and wanted to rectify the situation. I was very impressed with the customer service that they actually read the reviews and contacted me first!! They sent me a new charger cord within the week and so far it seems to be doing great. I can charge using the computer, stereo, and even plug it into the box portion of the charger from Apple and it seems to work just fine. I even tried it on my husbands IPhone 6 and it worked fine. I would definitely purchase again and if you have doubts you can rest assured that they stand behind their product and will help resolve any problems that may arise.
Update 7/29/29 the cord is still working good and have had no complaints. I would recommend for purchase. I am assuming OPSO still has great customer service so you can’t go wrong.

This is the 2nd cord I've bought, the 1st one is still in use after heavy use for over a year. I keep it at the office and don't unplug/plug it in constantly. I did notice a small crack that appeared on the back of the USB base a couple of weeks ago however it will still charge my phone.The 2nd cord I bought recently and keep it plugged into my car at all times. I've gotten the "unsupported" message from both my work computer and my car a few times but I just unplug the cord and plug it back in, and it works just fine. So much cheaper than an Apple branded cord and works and looks exactly the same.

As any iPhone 5C owner probably has, I purchased other cables before. The cheaper ones failed because the male plug doesn't fit well into the socket so it loosens soon after purchase. The OPSO cable is certified and it fits great! It works every time, there is no 'front' or 'back' so you don't have to worry when you plug it in.

It might not be the least costly but it is reliable and cost-effective.

Didn't charge, broke on first use but customer service came through

The first time I plugged it in, my phone didn't indicate it was charging. When I unplugged everything to re-situate it, the cover on the USB side slid right off, exposing the wires, which were starting to fray. I would exchange for a new one, but as a third-party seller, it's just not worth it. I am disappointed, because I figured I was springing for a better quality charger since it was Apple Certified. I guess I'll shop around for something else.

AIBOCN contacted me by email following my poor review, offering me a replacement free of charge (Amazon had already funded my return) for me to test, and update my review if I was happy with the product. The replacement seems significantly better than the first cord I was shipped. The USB cover is not loose, and even on trying to move it, it didn't budge. When I plugged it in, my phone immediately recognized it. It appears I maybe just got a bad one the first time out. I had already replaced the first cord with an Amazon Basic, so this one will just be a back up for me at this point. I do appreciate the prompt, friendly, customer-oriented service from the company, and may return for other purchases.

11/15/13. Works great for charging my iPhone 5s and that is what I wanted it for. I can't comment on other adaptability to other devices as I don't use them. Is well constructed and sturdy, but because the Lightning adapter end is very small, compared to the 30 pin connector, it will obviously be more fragile. It does require some care to insert and remove from the iPhone socket.
11/21/13. The plastic cover on the USB connect cam off when I attempted to remove it from a USB socket. The glue that held it in place is defective and doesn't stick to the plastic, however it does hold the wiring in place. I applied two drops of Super glue to see if that will work and reinserted the USB connector into the plastic cover. We shall see.... Lowered rating to 4 stars due to defective manufacture.

I've had several "Apple" chargers for my IPAD. They work for a period of time and then the IPAD decides it doesn't like them anymore and says they won't work. Funny part is that if I use a different one and then come back to the one previously rejected, it works again. So, I continually swap out 3 or 4 to get the one that will work. I've had this one for a few weeks and so far, it hasn't been jilted by the IPAD. Not confident that will hold, but so far, this one works great.

UPDATED: I bought 2 of these, 2 and 3 months ago. They are both in such terrible condition now that they need to be replaced. I don't think we're any more than the average user. Plug in to wall, occasionally use device while plugged in. Both chargers are breaking where the ford meets the connector. Very disappointed to only get 2-3 months out of this!

I guess you get what you pay for, but I thought this would last longer than 3 months... I had the charger in my bag and when I took it out to use it today, I saw that the part that plugs into the iPad had broken off! I guess I'll buy an actual Apple charger this time.

[UPDATE 4/26] Very soon after I posted this review, AIBOCN contacted me to apologize for my charger breaking and offered to either refund my money or send me a replacement for free. I opted to get a replacement, and it arrived after a week or so. I really didn't expect anything to come out of that review so I was happily surprised. Very happy with their customer service.
