Was sold as new - showed signs of wear on the inside. My guess is that is has most likely been returned by someone who had used it a couple of times. From a functional aspect it appears to be fine - 2 sliders on the zipper thus it can be opened in either direction. Non adjustable elastic strap with short piece of velcro which meets the fixed opposite end. Plenty of room on the storage side for the power supply. The padded separator has an additional storage net on the backside - could be used to keep the USB cable nicely separated from the power supply. It were great if the outer shell had a place to insert a label (this way it were easier to keep track of which drive is in which case). Weakest aspect I see is the elastic strap which could be made of sturdier material and preferably be adjustable.Update September 5th 2017. After my initial review of the case above I was contacted via email by the concerned seller Baoweikai Ltd. Baoweikai apologized and offered to either refund half of the cost or send me another case - which I promised to review again.The item shipped directly from ShenZen Baoweikai Technology Co., Ltd 172 Trade Street Lexington KY 40511 in a A3 size cardboard box. After opening the cardboard box I found the re-sealable clear plastic bag open inside the cardboard box - it may have opened during transport or was never properly sealed where it was manufactured. Why it is packed in a re-sealable I don't know - this may have to do with import/customs requirements. As far as I am concerned it were better if it shipped in a sealed bag. The second picture shows the prominent label on the side of the case as well as on the sturdy appearing carry handle. On the right hand side you can see both zipper slides. As far as I am concerned the nice label on the side certainly adds a touch of elegance to the case which I would happily trade for revised functional aspects (after all a pretty case doesn't help if the drive/data inside suffers damage) . On the third pic you can see rough marks on the fabric inside the case - at this time I am reasonably certain they might stem from the production process. The fourth pic shows the elastic strap with its short piece of Velcro. Again my suggestion were to make it a sturdier Velcro strap run it through a fixed loop buckle (sketched in in black) and let it fold over and close on itself. This way there were no or little give in the buckle closure and it could accommodate various heights of drives more easily. The fifth pic shows the smaller pouch bag (great for the USB cable) on the back of the padded flap covering the HDD. The large compartment with its net has ample room for the power supply your drive may need. The last pic shows my current label approach on the outside of the case (unfortunately I cant control the rotation of the pic on upload - figure it sits on shelf upright next to others - ready to grab and take out on the road) . A little see through holder with a slip in paper label were great so one can easily keep drives\cases apart - especially helpful if you have to deal with several cases on an ongoing basis. In light of the quick and effective customer service - I have revised my rating for now - pending further product performance.
