So far so good

So far so good
To start I live in just outside of Phoenix Arizona, so for a couple of months a year we have monsoons with plenty of dust storms. My pool is an in ground, pebble tech, salt water, and is 20x30' , 6' deep. It has the in floor pop up self cleaning heads. However, they do not keep up with the monsoon dirt (mud). I bought the 4 wheel drive model. I use it in conjunction with the in floor cleaners. So far it works great, when it comes up against an in floor head that's popped up it just turns and goes a different direction (it takes a few seconds to think about it, as it does when it hits a corner) it only climbs about 6 inches up the wall but that's just enough. My pump is a Hayward variable speed and I have it set on 80% with the largest intake installed in the machine. It trucks right a long at a pretty good pace. I've only had it a couple of days but so far it cleans great. Once the monsoon season ends I will remove it from the pool until next year. I'll report after a couple of months as to it's durability.
