It works nicely, smells fine - kind of like bubble gum - and even smooths my frizzy hair. I don't notice much change in terms of buildup. This product gave me a horrible allergic reaction. I have never had anything like this happen to me before, even with other Head & Shoulders shampoos.
The shampoo smells great! At first I liked the product, great smell, made my hair soft and even gave me some volume but 24 hours after I started getting red spots on my ears and scalp that itched constantly! I wish it would have worked for me.

Its a bit difficult reviewing a shampoo, but I will take a chance :
Its better than the plain vanilla H&H dandruff shampoo, makes my hair smell good, bottle lasts ages (my previous one did, so this should), easily manageable.. what else ?
I tried some other named brand (which I got from Costco) before jumping back to H&H, and simply love it. Now, there are other versions out there e.g. Green Apple, Eucalyptus, Dry scalp care with Almond oil etc, which I haven't tried. So for you, something else might be better suited.
For me, Smooth & Silky hands down!

Lid broke during transit -- shampoo everywhere

Both shampoo bottles had a loose blue top, and one of the bottles had the lid flip completely off leaving a shampoo mess all over the box and my floor.

I've bought this product from a drugstore before and had the same problem. The flimsy hinge of the lid easily breaks off after a little bit of use. Now that I know that the problem is so common, I probably won't buy this brand anymore -- especially having it shipped.
