Product Description
The Galaxy S III is powered by Samsung's Exynos quad-core 1.4GHz processor, which is based on the the ARM Cortex A9. It has a 4.8-inch super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1280-by-720 pixels, which is housed in a shell that is 8.6 millimeters thick and weighs 133 grams. FEATURES: 4.8" Amoled HD screen The S3's enormous screen feels big in the hand, although the device is just 16 per cent larger than its predecessor, the 20 million selling S2. Smart Stay: The phone tracks your eyes, so as long as you're looking at it, the display won't dim or turn off. Direct Call: If you've got a contact on your screen, there's no need to hit call: simply hold the device up to your face and the number will be dialed automatically. Smart Alert: Burst shot and best photo The 8MP camera now offers a 20-shot burst mode and will choose the best photo for you. Photos are now possible at the same time as video filming. Face Zoom and Slide Show: Double tap a face to zoom in; automatic slide show generation zooms in on faces as individual pictures for pictures with lots of people. Social network and camera integration: Automatic tagging of pictures, and the option to send images directly to those identified in them, called Buddy Photo Share, or display social media profile information on screen. Group Tag lets you tag multiple people in one go, if you set up a group first. S-Voice: That's S for Samsung, not Siri. This feature allows you to control your phone through voice, eg to turn up the volume, and to ask it questions. S-Beam: High speed file transfer via NFC and WiFi Direct, between two phones touched together, operating at up to 300Mbps. Pop Up Play: Play video in a window on any homescreen. All Share Play and Cast: Share your S3's screen to a TV, or use the screen as a remote control.

What is an unlocked phone? An unlocked phone is a device that is not bound to any carrier or plan. It allows you to choose your phone first and your carrier second. Upon selecting a plan, simply insert the carrier's SIM card into the phone and you're ready to go. If you decide you want to change carriers down the road or want to take an international trip, it's as simple as replacing your existing SIM card with a new SIM and activating your new plan. |
What are the benefits of an unlocked phone?Freedom: Choose the carrier with the best service or price. If you find a better deal later, you have the ability to change to a different carrier. Travel: Take your phone internationally and use the carrier of your choice. It's as easy as inserting an active SIM card. Selection: Choose the phone with the features you want, whether or not your carrier sells it, and get more service options without a contract. |
How do I set up my unlocked phone? The first thing you’ll need is a SIM card for your desired carrier. When activated, the SIM card will let your phone connect to your carrier’s network. If you decide to upgrade to a newer unlocked phone in the future, you can easily remove the SIM card from your old phone and put it in your new phone—just make sure you get the right size of SIM card (nano, micro, or standard) for your phone. If you want to use your phone while traveling internationally, you can easily buy a SIM card for a carrier that operates where you’re traveling. As long as it’s activated, you can just swap SIM cards when you arrive at your destination. |

I actually purchased a used device from TJ GLOBAL. I can truly say it's been a great deal.
The order arrived well within the estimated time. The box was closed and properly sealed. It came with all its components (device, charger, USB cable, earphones), all fully packaged and even with the stickers on. I was pleased to find that the device had no scratches and didn't show any sign of having ever been used.
The device works perfectly. So far it hasn't blacked out, flashed, flickered or unexpectedly turned off. The battery charges in the average time. I've had it for about 15 days and no trouble so far.
The phone is unlocked. I have successfully activated it here in Colombia. I use it with Claro and Movistar SIM cards. It makes and receives calls alright, picks wi-fi and does everything it's supposed to do.
The user manual came in what I believe is Hungarian. This device is a European version of the Galaxy S III, it seems. I haven't seen any adverse effects of this so far. The only difference is that people I know who are familiar with smartphones have noticed that this version is slightly slimmer than the one sold in Colombia, and upon comparison it appears to be so.
By the way, if when you get calls you tap on the green button and it does nothing, it's not that it's malfunctioning. You have to tap and drag the green button towards the red button to the right in order to answer a call. I lost lots of calls and was close to return the phone before I learned this.
I recommend this product and the seller TJ GLOBAL. I'll edit this review if I have a problem with it in the future. If I don't, assume it's still working perfectly.

He podido activarlo aquí en Colombia.
No he visto efectos adversos hasta ahora.

Now the phone. I have seen some people claim it's a cheaper version because it's the international version. I have no idea what they're on. I have a friend with a US version and quality is just as good. Even better, as the international version has more features than the US version. It boots up in 22 seconds. (I just timed it) Has more features than I've even discovered yet. S-Voice is a great tool. You can control most of the phone's features, make calls, and send text messages by voice. There is a whole slew of gestures you can enable. The camera is amazing for a phone camera.
I can't say a lot more as I haven't had it long enough to explore all the features myself. This is a great phone so far. I don't know what the longevity will be, but then you don't really know that with any electronic device, so only time will tell there.
**UPDATE 12/4/2013 I have received an email from Mobile Brothers stating that they did not sell the wrong item intentionally. They seem pretty sincere and due to a couple facts I believe them. The box was factory sealed, as best as I can tell. The protective sticker, as I stated before said Quad Core. It also states quad core on the back of the box. It would almost seem that the fault lies with Samnsung itself. While I know that some vendors are dishonest, I would like to think the majority of them ARE honest. So I will change the feedback I left for Mobile Brothers accordingly. And my apologies for any trouble I might have caused them as it would seem they sold the item in good faith.

In conclusione direi promosso a pieni voti.
Last but not Least zum Wichtigsten.
Fazit
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn.
